Please note colours may differ slightly to what you see on your screen. As each computer or smart phone is calibrated differently, it would be impossible to get an exact 100% colour match. This applies to all printed material and acrylic products. Wooden products may also differ slightly from batch to batch, as they are a natural product.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGES
We believe you’ll be thrilled with the quality of your order, though if for any reason you’re unhappy with the items you’re sent, please contact us immediately so we can decide how best to proceed. Most of our work is custom,
we typically will not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we know that mistakes and damages can happen while products are in-transit. Should a product arrive to you damaged by the post depending on our current order volume and your order’s complexity we will do our best to replace it. These returns and exchanges due to in-transit damage will be possible based on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion. You'll need to contact us immediately should this happen.
