Shipping policy

Shipping is via Australia Post. 

All of our products are custom made. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be completed, before postage, during non-peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, Bespoke Milestones cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Whilst Bespoke Milestones endeavours to get your goodies to you as soon as possible, we can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our studio.

Express Shipping is purely via Australia Post. This does not expedite your order with designing and production. If your job is ultra urgent please email Bespoke Milestones  info@bespokemilestones.com.au and we can try our best. Unfortunately can not promise.
