ARE YOUR CAKE TOPPERS FOOD SAFE?
Yes, all the acrylic toppers are food safe. The wooden toppers have their stands finished with a mineral food oil which ensures they are food safe.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes, we do. You'll need to email us at and we'll organise a quote for you.
CAN YOU COPY A DESIGN I'VE FOUND ONLINE OR SEEN BEFORE?
We take copyright very seriously and respect fellow designers work. We are happy to take inspiration from something you've seen and give it a bespoke touch but won't blatantly copy something for you. Sorry.
CAN YOU MAKE A SLIGHT VARIATION TO ONE OF YOUR CURRENT DESIGNS?
Yes, we'd be happy to entertain this if it is only a small modification. For example, on our Baby shower invitations, we have an illustration of a woman with long brown hair. If you need yours to be a blonde or redhead, we can do that for you no problem. Even if it's a font or colour change. There will be no extra charge for that. This applies to all invitations.
IF YOU DESIGN AN INVITATION FOR ME BUT I NEED EXTRA COMPONENTS CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THAT?
Yes, for sure! We can pretty much design anything you need in relation to stationery and signage. We love continuity and love having the opportunity to present your guests with a visual story. From the initial invitation, through to all the components on the day (place cards, menus, seating signs, decals, table number signs, Bomboniere ) and to the thank you's later. Being in the industry for quite a while we have connections to all kinds of suppliers so would be more than willing to try for you.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN PHOTOS FOR MY INVITATION?
You can, providing the image quality is great and a high enough resolution for printing. You'll need to email us, and we'll be able to tell you if it will work or not. Generally, if there is photoshop work required we'll need to charge you accordingly. It depends on the complexity of what is required.
DOES BESPOKE MILESTONES HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Yes, we do. Designs remain the property of Bespoke Milestones.
WILL BESPOKE MILESTONES USE MY ORDER ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes, at Bespoke Milestones, we take pride and love what we do and would love to "show off" our creations.
Customer privacy is a given. We will alter your phone number and private house address (whether it's blurred, cropped or altered). Also if you would prefer Bespoke Milestones to not showcase your order on social media until after the event, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to hold off.
CAN YOU SEND ME A HIGH RESOLUTION PDF AND I'LL PRINT MYSELF?
Unfortunately no to this one. To ensure that Bespoke Milestones can maintain the integrity and quality of all work, Bespoke Milestones will handle all production. The service we offer includes privileged use of our respected suppliers, sourcing and liaison with these suppliers and quality control.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we primarily deliver in Australia. If you require an International Order, we are more than happy to help.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Shipping costs are determined by weight and are delivered by Australia Post.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Before shipping, we always do our best to pack our products as part of our service to you because many are
quite delicate and we take pride in what we do.
If your order becomes damaged via mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to replace it depending on the circumstances. You'll need to let us know as soon as you receive your order through.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Most of our products are made to order so please allow 1- 3 weeks for production before shipping. It depends on what you have ordered and how much you have ordered. We will always do our best to make sure that these custom orders get to you within the agreed time frame. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping after we have shipped out your item.
Yes, we can do express postage if you are desperate! You'll need to email us at email@example.com and we'll try our best to get your order to you as fast as we can. Obviously there will be an extra charge for express postage. Please allow seven to ten days for this process before shipping.
